Global Health Cafe on the subject of road traffic accidents

The Global Health Research Institute, together with the Wessex Global Health Network, host bi-monthly Global Health Cafés to share experiences and support networking opportunities for individuals interested in global health issues.

Next month’s Global Health Café showcases work from around the world on preventing, and treating, the global morbidity and mortality caused by road traffic accidents.

Global Health Cafe Southampton

The event will take place on Tuesday 29 January from 17:30 in the Murray Building (Room 1007). Refreshments will be provided from 17:30.

Guest speakers include Ms Rebecca Ashton, Campaigns and Media Manager from the FIA Foundation; Dr Rich McIlroy, Research Fellow within Engineering and Physical Sciences, and a member of the University of Southampton’s Transportation Research Group; and Ms. Natalie Mounter, Nurse Volunteer for the Kings Kongo Central Partnership (KKCP).
