Anaphylaxis is a severe and potentially life-threatening reaction to a trigger such as an allergy. It’s also known as anaphylactic shock. Anaphylaxis can happen at anytime in any place, but would you know what to do? Would you recognise when someone was in difficulty, and would you know the steps to save their life?
Come and join an interactive session and learn how to recognise the symptoms and how to use adrenaline pens. Each session has 20 spaces available, you can find information and booking links below.
16 January: Book the session at Southampton General Hospital here.

The sessions are being led by Dr Liz Angier and Dr Judith Holloway. Liz is a GP who was a member of the NICE Quality Standards Anaphylaxis Committee and is also an MSc Allergy student here in our Faculty. Judith is the programme lead for the MSc Allergy here at the University.
