Do you want to study abroad this summer?

If you are a current undergraduate or postgraduate student, our partner universities offer short-term summer school programmes all over the world that vary from two to eight weeks in length. You can be at any point in your degree to attend and summer school opportunities do not have to relate to your degree. There is a wide range of subjects available here and you can apply by contacting the summer school directly. If you have any issues or questions please email [email protected]. Please check the specific programme eligibility requirements and application procedures.

Any student who is successful in applying to one of these summer schools will be eligible for a Southampton Scholarship of £500.

International summer schools are the perfect opportunity to spend the summer travelling while boosting your employability and adding to your CV.

To find out more reasons to study abroad, you can listen to our students share their experiences on the new Study Abroad and Exchange podcast. The summer schools episode will be available soon! You can also find more information by following @sotonabroad on Instagram.

The Study Abroad and Exchange podcast is a platform for students to learn about studying abroad from other students.

The aim is to encourage students to take advantage of international opportunities and to demonstrate why studying abroad is so important to our students as part of the #supportstudyabroad campaign.

If you have any questions please contact the Study Abroad and Exchange Team on: [email protected].

The Study Abroad and Exchange podcast is a collaboration with Surge Radio.
