Staff and students are invited to share their views about our commitment and actions to be a truly global University, at a series of town halls held by Winnie Eley VP (International). A full list of the events and how to register can be found at the bottom of this post.
Winnie says:
“I believe internationalisation begins at home. I would value an opportunity to hear what you think and what you’re doing about internationalisation at the University. I’d love your views on the following:
What do you really like about working/studying at a global University? Is it how we embrace diversity or the cultural activities we run or how we provide opportunities for our students to go abroad, as an integral part of their programmes?
What is the one thing you would do to make the University even more international? How are you going to do it in your day-to-day role? Could it be, for example, creating more of an international atmosphere at some of our major events. What are your ideas?
Finally, what would you really like to see at your University? Let’s make it happen together.”
