The first output from our University’s Green Stories competition is now available to buy. ‘Resurrection Trust’ – a collection of funny, dark, mad, bad, upbeat, downbeat and fantastical short stories about living sustainably.
Come along to the book launch on Thursday 28 March, 19:30 at October Books in Portswood to celebrate the successful publication and to enjoy wine, nibbles and short story readings. The book is available to buy from October Books and Amazon, or even better Hive, which allows you to support your local bookshop.
Run by Dr Denise Baden, the next round of competitions asks for plays, TV series, radio plays, screenplays, short films, novels and interactive fiction that showcase what a sustainable society might look like.
Stories do not have to be about climate change or sustainability directly, as long as it showcases potential sustainable solutions as suggested on the Green Stories website. The competition is free to enter, and prizes, as well as publication opportunities, are available for entrants.
