The 2019 Student Travel Survey is now open and closes at midnight on 31 May 2019. The survey will help inform the University’s travel plan and allow us to see whether travel habits have changed since the last survey in 2016. Complete the survey online here.
Students who complete the survey will have the option to enter a prize draw, and could win:
- First prize: a £50 West Quay voucher
- Second prize: one of three 30 day bus passes, for use on Uni-link and Bluestar bus services within Southampton
The University aims to reduce the overall environmental impact of staff and student travel by supporting the use of sustainable modes. For example, last year there were over 5 million journeys on Uni-link buses, and our Bike Doctor Service repaired more than 1,000 staff and student bikes.
Please note: This survey is voluntary and is being conducted by the Transport Team in Estates & Facilities, as part of the University Travel Plan which seeks to provide good, sustainable transport links between University Campuses.
Results of the survey will be reported in the University Travel Plan, which is available on the University website.
