The joining window for the University staff dental plan is open until Friday 28 June.
What you can claim:
- 100% of NHS charges
- Check-ups and hygienist fees
- Fillings and root canal treatment
- Crowns and bridges
- Dental implants (availability depends on cover level chosen)
- Children’s orthodontic fees for insured children
- Accidental injury treatment – including sports injuries
- Mouthguards

With this plan you also get:
- Immediate cover – you can claim for insured treatments from day one
- Worldwide cover
- Cover for pre-existing conditions – excluding mouth cancer
- Cover for planned and pending treatment – where treatment has been identified but not started
- Your own choice of dentist – NHS or Private
- Option to add your spouse and children on to the same level of cover (at an additional cost)
