Advance HE runs an annual National Teaching Fellowship (NTF) and Collaborative Award for Teaching Excellence (CATE) scheme to celebrate outstanding individual and collaborative achievements in learning and teaching in UK higher education.
The Centre for Higher Education Practice team has set up two information sessions regarding the awards:
Session one
Date and time: Wednesday 3 July, 13:00 – 14:30
Location: Building 4, Room 4005
Session Two
Date and time: Tuesday 9 July, 13:00 – 14:30
Location: Building 67, Room 1001
There is no need to sign up, just turn up on the day.
Come along to one of the sessions if you aspire to achieve NTF status or a CATE award and would like to understand the steps you need to take now to stand you in good stead with a future application. You’ll also be able to hear about opportunities for support and mentoring available from an existing National Teaching Fellow or senior colleague.
Information sessions are open to all staff including:
- those aspiring to achieve NTF or a CATE award
- those wishing to encourage others to apply
- anyone wanting to know more about the awards
If you’re unable to attend, but would still like to know more, please get in touch with the support team by emailing: [email protected]
More information is available on the CHEP SharePoint site.
