Our post room has retained its diamond accreditation in a scheme run by international logistics consulting group Postal & Logistics Consulting Worldwide.
The accreditation process is open to all businesses who have postal operations, including private companies, and universities such as the London School of Economics and Glasgow University.
It requires the department to meet specific criteria in areas including security, knowledge of services offered, the efficiency of processes and, of course, customer service. We have held the diamond accreditation (the highest award possible) for nine consecutive years.
