A new Council Blog post has now been published. You can read the piece here.
These posts are another step on our journey to ensuring our staff and student community has a greater understanding of our University’s strategic direction, as well as greater visibility of the decisions made by the University’s leadership.
University Council is the University’s governing body, which meets six times a year. It approves the strategic plans of the University and is ultimately responsible for its finances, buildings and staff.
In addition to weekly UEB Blog entries, posts from Council will be published six times a year, corresponding to this group’s meeting schedule.
Council blog entries will be written by a named member of Council and will provide our community with insight into the items discussed at the respective bi-monthly meeting.
