The Centre for Higher Education Practice (CHEP) Festival of Learning and Teaching takes place on Wednesday 18 September.
Running from 09:45 – 15:30 in the Conference Centre, Building 58, Highfield Campus with lunch provided, you can book your place here.
The programme features contributions from guest speakers, a debate entitled ‘Educating the next generation of global citizens’, an interactive panel session as well as ‘lightning talks’ from colleagues. If you’re interested in contributing a five minute ‘lightning talk’, visit the Festival SharePoint site and submit details by 17:00 on Monday 5 August.
Part of the programme will be devoted to a celebration of successes in the area of learning and teaching, highlighting the excellent work being done by colleagues here in Southampton. You can view full details of the programme here.
One of the aims of this inaugural event is to provoke discussion about how we can expand the Festival in future years, providing more opportunities for colleagues to share best practice in support of the enhancement of learning and teaching across our University.
