#DoesYouGood is all about breaking down barriers to improve student life at our University.
Not only does sport improve physical and mental wellbeing, but students that are physically active have been shown to be more likely to achieve top grades in their degrees compared to students who are inactive.
#DoesYouGood is spreading the word about the benefits of physical activity, as well as all the opportunities that exist for you to get active in Southampton and the wider local area. Sport and Wellbeing will be directing this message towards each faculty, so keep an eye out for the campaign around campus.
Check out DoesYouGood’s calendar of events and don’t forget to enter the photo competition for a chance to win one of five great prizes. It involves posting an image getting active and tagging Sport and Wellbeing. Full details, along with the competitions terms and conditions, can be found on the DoesYouGood website.
