Please note: this excludes the student IT helpdesk located on Highfield Campus, which will remain open during this time.
What to do if you have an IT issue during this time
If you experience any IT problems during this time, please visit the iSolutions webpages where you will be able to log an issue. iSolutions will respond to all issues in priority order on their return.
What to do if you have an IT emergency during this time
If you should experience an IT emergency during this time, please escalate the issue to the relevant contact below, who will be able to initiate the IT emergency issue resolution process:
– Professional Services staff – please contact Ian Dunn, Chief Operating Officer
– Faculty staff – please contact John Kness, Associate Director of Faculty Operations
Please note: an IT emergency is classed as any issue that has a large-scale impact on the University e.g. multiple digital services becoming unavailable. All other issues should be logged on the iSolutions webpages.
