As part of the #DoesYouGood campaign, the Sport and Wellbeing team is offering staff and students the opportunity to attend a free 30-minute Relax and Meditate class.
Held on Friday 1 November 2019 from 14:45 – 15:15 in the Martial Arts Studio, Students’ Union Building (B42) on Highfield Campus, to reserve your place, please email: [email protected]
This class is a great chance to wind-down and ensure that you’re relaxed and ready for the weekend ahead. Ben, your instructor, will help you focus on breathing techniques, while ensuring a calm and positive environment throughout the session.
