Staff and students are invited to a lecture by Dr Shaun Fitzgerald, Director of the Royal Institution (Ri) on the subject of public engagement.
The lecture will take place on Monday 2 December in Building 46, Room 3001 from 18:30 to 19:30 with a drinks reception in the foyer from 18:00 to 18:30. You can book your ticket on Eventbrite.
The event is organised by the International Consortium of Nanotechnologies (ICoN), a global network funded by the Lloyds Register Foundation (LRF) and led by our University. LRF ICoN is building capacity and knowledge in the application of nanotechnologies to support safety of life and property.
Dr Shaun Fitzgerald leads the Ri in its mission to create opportunities for everyone to discover, discuss and critically examine science and the way it shapes the world around us.
