15 Working days left until the end of SharePoint 2010
The Office 365 Team want to thank you all again for migrating or suspending your old Groupsites.
Huge progress has been made over the past two months, and the finish line is in sight, with only 311 of the 2,970 sites left to be suspended.
If no action is taken on the remaining sites before the last working day in December, the site and its contents will be deleted.
If you are happy for your site to be deleted, please do not wait until December. Follow the steps below to suspend your Groupsite, so that we know this data is no longer required.
Groupsite owners will need to do one of the following:
- For Groupsites that are no longer required, these should be suspended – Suspend a Groupsite
- For Groupsites or Intranet sites which are still required, migrate the content and suspend your old site – Migrating your files to SharePoint Online
- If you want iSolutions to suspend a site for you, please fill in this form – ServiceNow Suspension Request
Intranet Owners
The project team have contacted Intranet owners separately. Please make sure you respond to the email and co-operate with us to ensure the effective migration of your Intranet sites.
