My Generation Career Coaching can help you to clarify your goals and improve your career planning skills. You can be coached to make outstanding job applications and improve performance at interviews as well as getting help to expand your professional network along the way.
The My Generation Career Coaching programme offers a safe, non-judgemental environment to help you find your own solutions. Benefits include:

- Coaching from qualified/experienced Career Practitioners
- Programme Structure
- 1 hour welcome and training session
- 6 x 1 hour confidential career coaching sessions over 12 months
- On-going two-way communication via email with your career coach
- Use of the Career Readiness Test throughout the career coaching year to track your development and progress
