Are you trying to find something exciting to do this summer?
The Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU) are offering a Summer School at the University of Cape Coast in Ghana, running from the Sunday 2 August until the Monday 10 August 2020.
Their 2020 Summer School gives students the chance to be immersed in Ghanaian culture and history, attending lectures by local and international speakers, with the opportunity to explore various inspiring locations through field trips and participate in group projects. The school is open to both current postgraduate (Master’s and PhD) and final year undergraduate students.
All successful students that are accepted to attend this Summer School Programme will be able to apply for a £500 scholarship from the University of Southampton, which can be put towards any costs.
The deadline for applications is 23:50 on Sunday 12 January 2020. Students must apply independently for the programme, and if successful, make sure to get in contact with the Study Abroad and Exchange Team to let them know.
