Organisers within the school of Health Sciences regret to announce the cancellation of Professor Anne-Sophie Darlington’s inaugural lecture, which had been due to take place at Southampton General Hospital on Thursday 5 March from 15:30 – 18:30.
The decision to limit non-essential activity on hospital premises is part of the hospital’s wider precautionary protocols, following the first confirmed case of COVID-19 (coronavirus) within the county of Hampshire.
Details on a future date for the lecture will be provided in due course. Apologies again for any inconvenience caused.
