Your wellbeing: desk stretching exercises to do at home

Stiff neck? Bad back? Sport and Wellbeing have come to the rescue again with their latest video on stretching from your desk.

Here’s Jo Pacey, Sport and Wellbeing Supervisor, with some simple exercises.

Jo says: “Try doing these exercises at any point during the day when you feel tension is creeping into your muscles. You could set a reminder on your phone or desktop for a 5-minute wellness break mid-morning and afternoon.”
