With events currently on hold, the Engagement & Advancement Events Team have revisited a number of previous lectures to provide relevant, compelling online content. The team will be releasing some of the most popular over the next few weeks, starting today.
These lectures will cover tons of fascinating subjects, with speakers showcasing their brilliant expertise and research. They’ve been edited into bite-sized chunks, each just around 20 minutes long, perfect to watch during a lunch break.
Topics range from a concert from the 2018 Wellington Lecture series to a segment from the 2016 Public Lecture series on Public Health to Alumnus Jon Sopel talking about his time with Donald Trump.
Watch the first in the series focusing on Respiratory Health. We hear from our very own Professor Stephen Holgate and Professor Ratko Djukanovic where they talk about how the University is creating and developing more targeted treatments for asthma and driving cross-sector collaborations.
