New features are now available in Teams including being able to ‘raise a hand’ and to see nine of your colleagues on the screen in a new 3×3 grid.
The raise your hand feature gives you the opportunity to identify that you wish to speak by toggling the hand icon in the meeting control bar, making it easier to actively participate in meetings.
The 3 x 3 grid allows you to see thumbnail displays of participants, in a grid pattern, which expands and contracts as participants join and leave the meeting.
Microsoft gradually release new features in the Office 365 suite based on user feedback and these get released on a gradual basis. While this is exciting for some, some prefer to know ahead of time of the features that will be released.
On Thursday 28 May at 10.30am the O365 Project Team will host a live webinar focusing on upcoming features in Teams. The webinar will show how you can find out about soon-to-be-released functions and show how you can request new features that will make your work life easier.
Register your interest in attending the seminar here. Registration is open until 9.30am on 28 May.
The webinar will be recorded and the recording placed on the O365 Community of Practice team site.
See all upcoming webinar topics on the O365 Support Centre.
