This week’s Southampton Bite-Sized Lecture featuring Commonwealth’s Secretary-General

Continuing with our Bite-Sized Lecture Series, this week we’re revisiting our Public Lecture on delivering the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Watch the 20-minute video to see Baroness Patricia Scotland, the Commonwealth’s Secretary-General, outline how the Commonwealth is preparing for a sustainable future:

Joining Baroness Scotland is Gwen Hines, former Director of International Relations Division, from the UK Department for International Development (DFID), who explains how the Department is fast-tracking progress on the Sustainable Development Goals.

In case you’ve missed any of the previous releases from the series, you can catch up on all of them here.

Brand new lectures will also be uploaded to the page every Thursday at 11am BST. They’re the perfect length to watch on your lunch break!
