Your wellbeing: join a Solent Mind training on mindfulness

Health and Wellbeing, in partnership with Solent Mind, are offering three online training sessions on mindfulness this month. You can book your place via Eventbrite. Go to ‘Select a date’ on the right-hand side of the Eventbrite page.

The hour long ‘Introduction to Mindfulness’ sessions will run on Tuesday 9, Thursday 18 and Tuesday 30 June. They are aimed at staff and PGRs and are free to attend.

In order to keep the sessions manageable, each one has a limit of 30 places. The courses each cover the same material, so you will only need to sign up to one of them.

The Health and Wellbeing team provide a range of advice for staff including team resilience, guidance for vulnerable adults, setting up your home workstation and maintaining positive wellbeing whilst working from home.
