Your wellbeing: University Harassment Contacts can support those in need

The University has a team of trained staff volunteers who can support staff and students who are feeling bullied or harassed, even if it is remotely.

The Harassment Contacts work in a range of professions across all our campuses. They provide a confidential support service to staff and students who feel they are being bullied or harassed, as well as those who have been accused of harassment.

If you feel harassed or bullied and would like to speak with a Harassment Contact, please visit the diversity website where you will find details of all the Harassment Contacts. Choose a Harassment Contact of your choice and email them. They will respond to your email and agree on a form of communication which suits you both. Due to the current COVID-19 lockdown, the Harassment Contacts will only be able to provide support remotely.

Alternatively, you can contact the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Team, by emailing [email protected]. The Team will arrange, on your behalf, for one of the Harassment Contacts to get in touch with you.
