On Thursday 13 August the University opens its Clearing Hotline to place students looking for a course at the University of Southampton. Over these few days in August we expect to handle more than 10,000 telephone enquiries.
This year we need your help to test our remote working solution.
The Admissions Team plans to use Microsoft Teams for the Clearing Hotline and we need to test that the technology can handle the volume of calls expected.
We need as many people as possible to call into our Clearing Hotline at 10am on Thursday 2 July to load test our system. We will send you a simple survey to complete after the event.
