New online Learning and Development resources

Personal development can positively impact people in a number of ways – building confidence, developing new skills and, in the current situation, helping to improve wellbeing.

Line manager’s resources:

With this in mind the Leadership and Management Development team has developed a range of online learning resources. They will also be offering four new virtual sessions, starting on 7 July. These sessions are for line managers and cover the topics usually delivered in their face to face workshops:

  • Enabling Change
  • Maximising Contribution
  • Managing Underperformance
  • Appraising with Confidence (for those appraising levels 1-3).

A series of Online Modules are available to support the virtual sessions and can also be used independently.

For all staff:

Self-directed resources are also available for a series of Bitesize classroom workshops, designed for all staff. The Bitesize sessions will also be available as online workshops in the coming months. Look out for further communications.
