How do I join?
- You can sign up to the dental plan from just £9.48 per month. The monthly costs are on this dental application form.
- To apply, choose your cover level by reading the Bupa Dental Benefit Schedule.
- Complete the dental application form above and send to Geraldine Witt via email [email protected] by Friday 10 July.
What’s new with Bupa Dental
Bupa’s dental insurance plan covers the cost of a wide range of dental treatment for both you and your family (single, couple, single parent and family coverage is available).
How it works
You can choose to be treated by any dentist. Here is an overview of what’s available each benefit year:
- Preventative Treatment – Routine check-ups/Examinations, X-rays, Scale and Polish/Hygiene treatments and Periodontal treatment
- Restorative Treatment – Fillings, Root Canal, Crowns, Bridges, Veneers, Implants and Denture work
