Colleagues who received an invitation and have already registered for the Southampton COVID-19 Testing Programme will start to receive their test packs over the next few days.
These have been despatched by Royal Mail. If you registered other members of your household for testing, they will receive their own individual packs.
You are invited to take the test once a week for two weeks:
Week 1 – take the first test from Monday 13 July to Friday 17 July
Week 2 – take the second test from Monday 20 July to Friday 24 July
The booklet in your test pack includes more information about how to take your test – please try to take it first thing in the morning and return it to one of the drop-off points as early as possible the same day.
In the unlikely event that your pack is damaged or missing something, the programme team will not be able to send a replacement. You’re encouraged to complete as much of the testing as possible with the remaining contents.
The programme’s NHS Enquiries team will be able to help with any questions you have about taking or returning the test.
Students who are still living in halls will be invited to register for the programme later this week.
