In order to help securely and efficiently capture Reasonable Adjustment details for staff with a disability that fall within the remit of the Equality Act 2010, additional functionality has been launched in the MyHR Dashboard.
Employees and managers will have the ability to record, review and access agreed Reasonable Adjustments within a new ‘My Forms’ area in MyHR Dashboard. These records will move with them throughout their employment at the University including if they change line manager and can be reviewed as required by the employee and manager. The history of each completed form will be kept securely against their Employee record within ResourceLink and can be viewed in MyHR. Forms submitted by the employee following Reasonable Adjustment meetings and reviews will be approved by the current line manager.
