The 20/21 timetable is now available for staff and students. As we know from the last few months, the situation can change very rapidly, and the timetabling process as we enter the new academic year will also need to take into account the complexities of physical distancing and availability of teaching space.
This means that the timetable will be subject to change throughout the year, and whilst every effort will be made to update staff and students on any major changes, it is advised that you regularly check your personal timetables.
Staff and students can find their personal timetable via SUSSED. To access your timetable on SUSSED, go to the “Quick Links” section, then click “Online timetable”.
To enable us to provide as much in person teaching on campus this year, the teaching week will run from 09.00 – 18.00, Monday to Friday, including Wednesday afternoons. We are aware that this will impact on students that take part in sport during this time. The University Sport and Wellbeing team will be working closely to support clubs that are impacted by this and to look at ensuring as many students are still able to partake in sport, should they wish to, as possible.
Understanding the timetable
This year timetables will contain some activities taking place in person on campus as well as some online activities.
To help students understand and identify how and when to access the content for these online sessions, we have divided these into Live Online sessions that take place live at the time indicated on the timetable and Self-guided Online sessions which are indicative and are provided to assist students in structuring online learning. Students can find further information on viewing and understanding their timetable by clicking here.
