A Remembrance Day commemoration, organised by the Faith and Reflection Centre together with colleagues from Student Services, will take place on Wednesday 11 November.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, this year’s service of remembrance will take the form of a short video, which will be placed online on the morning of Wednesday 11 November. It will include the last post, the laying of a wreath, and a short service conducted by Rev. Sarah Hall and Father Benjamin Theobald, to enable staff and students to remember those who have died and suffered as a result of war.
The link to the video will be published on SUSSED at 10:30am on the day.
The University is also encouraging staff and students to pause at 11:00am for two minutes silence and reflection.
