The University IT Portfolio Board (ITPB) has now approved the business case for an O365 Filestore Migration programme. This means that staff and students will, where possible, move to using OneDrive for Business to store their personal work files and folders, and to SharePoint Online for their shared University documents. This move will enable access to important documents anywhere at any time.

This programme is in the initial stages and we expect to complete it in late 2022.
As the project progresses, we will be in touch with you via your department or faculty to explain what happens next and to give you information on the training/guidance that will be made available to support you.
