Following discussions with SUSU, the Online Learning Grant has once again opened to students. We recognise the financial challenges that this new lockdown has brought about for some students in accessing appropriate IT equipment to enable them to successfully engage with their studies online. Eligible students can therefore apply for an Online Learning Grant as a financial contribution towards these costs.
Open to all UK, EU and International Undergraduate, Postgraduate Taught and Postgraduate Research students, these grants are a non-repayable award of up to £200 towards the cost of essential hardware or internet access required. We will use set costs when making an award to ensure all students are treated equally.
Please be aware that funding is limited and if we are oversubscribed then we will award based upon individual need. If you have previously received an Online Learning Grant, then you are not eligible to apply again.

The fund is expected to close at 5pm on Friday 22 January, however there is a finite budget and if we see high volumes of applications, it will close earlier.
