Your opinion matters: complete the NSS 2021

The National Student Survey (NSS) is for final year undergraduates across the UK and is a unique opportunity for you to share your views on your student experience.

For NSS 2021, if you’re eligible to fill out the survey, you’ll be sent an email invitation containing a personalised link to take part on Thursday 4 February.

The results of the NSS are factored into the University’s planning process and participating in the NSS can be a legacy that helps us directly improve the experience of our students.

The survey itself is conducted independently by Ipsos MORI.

We recommend completing it as early as possible as students will be reminded to complete the survey via further emails and follow up phone calls from Ipsos MORI. The phone calls will start three weeks after the survey begins.

Who can complete it?

All eligible final year undergraduate students will receive their own individual link by email from Thursday 4 February from Ipsos MORI, who conduct the survey.

When does the survey run?

The survey will run from Thursday 4 February to Friday 30 April 2021.

You can find out more information about the NSS on the Student Voice SharePoint.
