The University’s Vodafone contract currently supports 1089 data connections, and a recent audit showed that 358 had not been used once in over five months. To save on these costs, we require all members of staff with University provided mobile devices to let us know by 19 February 2021 if their mobile devices are still needed.
To ensure we capture this information, staff are asked to complete this registration form to confirm their continued need for their existing connection. Mobile phone users will also receive an automated text message to their devices.
Any connection not confirmed by the deadline of 19 February 2021 will be cancelled.
If staff wish to cancel the data contract but still keep the device, they should contact Serviceline.
