Website updates: support for students with Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLDs)

Enabling Services are pleased to announce that the Study Skills Resources section of its website has been developed, featuring new content and a layout which is now more accessible and easier to navigate.

There are now five main areas:

Studying effectively from home

Information and advice on how to create a productive study space, create a ‘to-do’ list, structure your day and take regular breaks.

Time management

A time management guide and supplementary resources for students with Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLDs), such as Dyslexia.

Revision and memory

A revision and memory guide and supplementary resources for students with Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLDs), such as Dyslexia.

Exams

Study and wellbeing information, advice and resources on university assessments.

Further Resources

A selection of resources and links to some external SpLD organisations and related websites.

The Enabling Services team are also in the process of developing Motivation and Procrastination resources to support students.
