Want to create positive change? The Aspire Awards launch on Monday

Have you got an idea that could help your community, make a difference in peoples lives or have a positive impact on society? As long as your idea is feasible to undertake and meets one or more of our Aspire Values, you could be in a chance to win an Aspire Award of £1000.

On Monday 22nd February, the Student Inclusion Team will be launching this year’s Aspire Awards.

Offered in partnership with Santander Universities, we have 30 awards of £1000 available to help students fulfil their project ideas or carry out the activities they have always wanted to achieve but may have never had the funding or resources to do so.

Our Aspire Awards are exclusively for undergraduate students from groups underrepresented in higher education. The awards aim to fund well-planned, realistic projects and ideas that meet one or more of our Aspire Values, details of which can be found on our website.

So, if you’re looking to help your local community, learn a new skill or kick-start any other initiative this academic year, we want to hear from you!

Got the foundations for a great idea but not sure how to refine it or need some help with the logistics? Join us for one of our online workshops. The workshops are an open forum where we can answer any questions you may have, and provide you with everything you need to know to be in with a chance of winning an award

Applications for the Aspire Awards will open on Monday 22nd February 2021 and will remain open until Friday 19th March 2021For further information, please visit our website or email [email protected]
