Seminar: Help to build your own health and wellbeing

m.c. schraefel (Prof of Computer Science and Human Performance in ECS) extends an invitation to co-create this health and wellbeing seminar with her.
m.c. schraefel is a certified strength and conditioning coach, nutritionist and functional neurology master trainer; researching how people feel and can perform better. Her research involves the in5 MEECS: Move, Eat, Engage, Cogitate, and Sleep. These are Five proven attributes essential to quality of life, and the five paths we have to non-invasively tune our wellbeing.
