Feedback from the last time we ran this workshop:
“I have been able to collaborate remotely with others in a way that before was very cumbersome and that involved annotating pdfs and manually doing the edits. Now we simply do a Teams call and talk through the edits, work simultaneously. When asynchronously, we’ve been able to leave track changes on, etc. Basically, it’s all the good things from Microsoft Office 365 with all the good things from LaTeX. What’s not to like?”
“It is definitely a faster, smarter way to work.”
“I find Overleaf extremely useful, and it is a great platform for collaboration. I used to fear the time it usually took me to get a LaTeX script written by one of my students to run on my machine (after the inevitable debugging!). This issue has been completely resolved when my team started using Overleaf, a couple of months ago. I am already using it to write papers with colleagues in Japan, Denmark, Germany, and the US.”
