On Wednesday 3 March the Engagement & Advancement Events Team were delighted to deliver their online ‘In Conversation’ event with Jon Sopel: ‘UnPresidented: Politics, pandemics and the race that Trumped all others’. You can now watch the event here.
A large audience (over 850 people) joined us from around the world (including members of our alumni and our supporter community, staff and students) to hear Jon Sopel, BBC North America Editor and Pro-Chancellor, chat with host Professor Russell Bentley, Head of Politics and International Relations. In the hour-long event, Jon shared with the audience a number of informative and entertaining stories of his time reporting on President Trump and answered some fantastic questions from the audience.
Jon’s recent book, ‘UnPresidented: Politics, pandemics and the race that Trumped all others’ is available now online and in leading bookshops.
