From today, 22 March 2021, there will be several changes and improvements to MyHR Dashboard. The menu structures have been simplified, with new features making it easier for you to access and use your HR data.
The look of MyHR is more consistent and navigating the system is now fully functional on all devices (PC, tablet and mobile).
New features:
- Submission History – provides detailed information on the approval process of submitted requests. You can now view the approval status of an absence request: who submitted it and when, who can approve it or who has approved it, when the request is due to escalate and to whom, and when it will time out if not approved.
- A new comprehensive user guide for all areas of MyHR Dashboard, including the new developments, has now been published.
- Coming in April 2021: HR documents downloadable – you can now download your own documents e.g. contracts, job description. This applies only to newly created HR documents, however, legacy documents can be uploaded to your dashboard on request.
