Webinar: Introducing access to structured counselling and an overview of support from Togetherall

To mark Mental Health Awareness Week, the Health and Wellbeing team are hosting an interactive webinar with Togetherall on Tuesday 11 May between 10:00 and 11:00, to discover the free support services on offer.

In this webinar we will be introducing Togetherall’s live therapy structured counselling. Six sessions of one to one online counselling or CBT available to staff, subject to an eligibility assessment.

Togetherall is a 24/7/365, anonymous, online mental health and wellbeing service; monitored by trained clinicians. It is freely available to all students and staff at the University of Southampton. Members join the community anonymously for support with a wide range of mental health and wellbeing issues.

Togetherall supports immediate and longer-term mental health or situational distress, enabling you to feel more in control of your emotional health.

Resources and tools include:

  • Including Community Forums where you can share your thoughts. Forums are monitored by trained mental health professionals to ensure everyone remains safe and supported.
  • Access to self-help courses covering all mental health and lifestyle topics from Coping with Grief and Loss, Health Anxiety and How to stop Procrastinating.
  • A library of articles to help you learn new skills and improve your wellbeing.
  • Self-assessments to understand more about yourself and to track your progress, as well as online journaling and action trackers to personalise your journey.
