Report + Support – a new tool for reporting any form of bullying, harassment, discrimination or abuse – is now open for staff, visitors and contractors.
Through the Report +Support website, individuals can report incidents they experience or witness securely and confidentially. Reports can be made anonymously, or if you would like additional support and advice, you can include your details for an advisor to contact you. Although the university may not be able to take action on a particular anonymous report, these anonymous reports will support the University to know what types of sexual misconduct, harassment, bullying and hate crimes may be occurring on campus. You can find out more information on how the reports are handled on the FAQs.
The Report + Support site contains a number of advice and support articles in addition to those already available (as below) to enable colleagues to seek support for what they have experienced or witnessed and will be available 24/7, 365 days a year.
- What support is available to me?
- Harassment Contacts
- AskHR
- Employee Relations Toolkit
- Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
The Report + Support tool has been implemented to support the University’s existing policies and procedures, such as those outlined in the ‘Dignity at work and study’ policy.
We do not accept any form of harassment of our staff or students. This includes harassment by third parties such as project partners, clients, contractors or visitors. Bullying or harassment directed towards visitors to the University from any party are equally unacceptable. We encourage all members of our community to report any incidents they witness or experience.
