Building 45, situated within Broadlands Car Park, is no longer fit for purpose and colleagues moved out to other locations some time ago. Demolition of the building will commence in the next few days and is scheduled to complete in October 2021.
During the demolition period, the existing Broadlands Road Car Park will remain open with a reduction in the overall number of spaces available for permit holders.
Once complete, the vacant site will be used for temporary car parking until plans for that part of campus have been fully considered.
