PGR Wellbeing Session: 23 July 2021

We know that studying for a PhD can be tough, and this may be intensified by the impact of COVID-19. Sometimes you might need to step away and reconnect with others.

The PGR Wellbeing Session is a small group, facilitated by Enabling Services staff, that encourages doctoral researchers to make meaningful connections with each other in a safe environment.

The group is an opportunity to meet with other PhD students in a similar situation to discuss topics such as:

  • Stress
  • Work-life balance
  • Impacts of COVID-19
  • Loneliness and/or isolation
  • Academic difficulties

Whatever you would like to talk about, come and join the group. Often peers can offer each other practical solutions and support which can make a big difference.

The next session will be running on Friday 23 July 2021 from 09:30 – 11:00 via Microsoft Teams. To register for the session, please email [email protected].
