Our University has ranked 16th in the UK in the Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings (WUR) 2022. Internationally, we have placed 124th.
This year, more than 1,600 universities are ranked by the THE. The table reflects our performance in five categories including teaching, research, citations, international outlook and industry income.

Earlier this year, our University achieved a remarkable rise of 13 places in the Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) World University Rankings 2022, placing us 77th among the 1,300 universities ranked overall by QS – a climb of 25 places since 2018 and our highest QS ranking in nearly a decade.
