With an increase in the number of colleagues returning to campus there has been a substantial increase in the number of requests received by Post and Portering Services.
As a result, the usual lead time of five working days for completion of jobs is not currently achievable. The team is continuing to work through the jobs as quickly and efficiently as possible, while also seeking additional support through the appointment of temporary staff.
Colleagues are encouraged to refer to the Post and Portering Services website before calling the post room as it contains a wide range of information that may answer your queries.
The team is currently working through requests in the order in which they were received and is aiming to return to a normal service as soon as possible. Please accept their apologies for any inconvenience the current situation may cause.
