The Leadership and Management Development Team is pleased to announce that the training schedule for the rest of the 2021-22 academic year is now available; you can book onto the Line Manager Development Programme, our Bitesize sessions and the Line Manager Workshops. All modules will continue to run virtually between January and September 2022.
Line Manager Development Programme
To allow everyone the opportunity to progress through the programme, we ask that you complete each module before securing your place on the next module. You can book your place via the dedicated SharePoint site.
Since launching in November 2020, 560 line managers have begun the programme and a further 90 are already enrolled to begin over the next few months.

Bitesize and Line Manager Workshops
There are opportunities to continue your personal development via the virtual Bitesize and Line Manager workshops.
The one-hour Bitesize workshops available to all staff are: Working with Change, Successful Communication, Personal Leadership and Optimising Your Time.
The two-hour Line Manager workshops are: Managing Remotely, Enabling Change, Maximising Contribution, Managing Underperformance and Appraising with Confidence.

In addition to the virtual workshops, all staff also have access to Online Modules and a range of self-directed online learning resources. Information and guidance on how to access these can be found in this handy video.
