All level 7 staff should make sure appraisals are completed before Christmas. The appraisal window for all level 7 staff is closing at the end of December 2021.
As a consequence of the essential electrical testing taking place between 27 December to 1 January, the online appraisal form will not be available at this time. Therefore, we would recommend that all appraisals are fully recorded and saved before the university closure period begins.
Key tasks include:
- Record the appraisal in MyHR Dashboard.
- Both appraisee and appraiser record overall ratings on the ‘Overall Contribution Summary’ page of the online appraisal form dated 1 September 2020 to 31 August 2021
- Once both have completed, submit the online form
- New objectives for the year ahead are recorded in the form dated 1 September 2021 to 31 August 2022
